I tried to send a premium fax today using Fax Zero ($1.79). After three hours, it's still "attempting delivery" (they gave me an initial estimate of 5 to 30 minutes).
Even assuming they have a big backlog of faxes to send, shouldn't premium faxes get preferential treatment?
So far, appalling.
