NY/USA I signed up with them because they have good prices and allow to bring own SIP equipment.
Today experienced first outage that lasted whole day - after 2 weeks of service.
*Support has No phone number to call - whole day had no service and nobody replied to e-mail within 24 hours.
*No web-tracking of trouble tickets.
*Sound qulaity is poor - people cannot hear me for the first 3 seconds of the call, then report sound delay and packet loss.
*I call form US to US, India, Russia
My DSL to US measured 720/128
To Russia 144/128 and
to Pakistan 711/128 (India test was unavailable)
