PhoneNotify is a service you don't see everyday. Send a phone voice message over the web. Follow these steps, Type in any US or Canada phone number (can be in any format as long as there are 10 digits) and then Type a short message, In the license key field put a zero "0" and hit enter. This free trial service will "read" the message to the call recipient. Do not abuse this service, at the end of the message, your IP address will be read to the call recipient.
